Director of Operations
Greg
Greg oversees daily operations, team development, and strategic growth initiatives. With a diverse background spanning business ownership, retail leadership, law enforcement, and military service, he brings a disciplined, people-first approach to leadership. Greg is passionate about creating safe, engaging environments for families while fostering strong teams and driving operational excellence.
Creative Director
Ashley
Ashley leads Kipp’s marketing, creative direction, digital presence, events, partnerships, and promotional strategy. Passionate about creating memorable family experiences, she shapes how the Kipp brand is seen, experienced, and connected with the community while bringing fresh, creative ideas to every season.
General Manager
Jenna
Jenna leads Kipp’s day-to-day facility operations and team management. She helps keep everything moving behind the scenes while ensuring guests receive a welcoming and enjoyable experience during every visit.
Assistant General Manager
Corri
Corri supports daily operations, staff development, and guest service throughout the facility. Her attention to detail and hands-on leadership help create a positive environment for both the Kipp team and the families we serve.
EVENTS & COMMUNITY OUTREACH COORDINATOR
Amber
Amber coordinates Kipp’s events, community outreach, school engagement, and event-related partnerships. With a focus on creating memorable guest experiences, she helps bring events and activations to life that encourage connection, repeat visits, and the signature “WOW” experience Kipp is known for.
