Before Your Field Trip
Good to know
One Week Before Your Visit
Please submit a finalized list of all attending students and faculty (first and last names) at least one week before your visit. Please ensure all names are spelled correctly and match each guest’s legal name to help us verify waivers prior to arrival.
Day of Your Visit
Please notify a KIPP team member of any changes to your group upon arrival, including:
- Students or faculty who are no longer attending
- Any additional students or faculty joining your group
This helps us ensure every guest has a completed waiver before entering the park.
Check-In & Arrival
Please plan to arrive 15–30 minutes before your scheduled field trip to allow enough time for check-in and to ensure your group receives the full 2-hour play session.
Waivers Required
All guests must have a signed waiver on file before entering the park.
Lunch Information
We do not recommend bringing school lunches, as lunch time reduces your group’s 2-hour play experience. We are unable to extend your scheduled session to accommodate lunch.
Adult ID Requirement
All adults must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in. IDs will be securely scanned into our system upon arrival.
Group Gathering Area
If available, your group may be assigned a party room during your visit; however, party rooms are not guaranteed. If no party room is available, your group will check in and gather on the turf area.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do all guests need a waiver?
Yes. Every child and adult entering the park must have a signed waiver on file before entering.
How early should we arrive?
Please arrive 15–30 minutes before your scheduled field trip. This allows enough time for check-in and ensures your group receives the full 2-hour play session.
What information do you need before our visit?
Please send a finalized list of all attending students and faculty (first and last names) at least one week before your visit. This allows us to verify waivers in advance and make check-in as smooth as possible.
What if our attendance changes?
No problem! Please let our team know when you arrive if any students or staff are no longer attending or if anyone has been added to your group. We’ll update your roster and verify waivers before entry.
Do chaperones receive free admission?
Yes! Chaperones receive complimentary admission with the field trip. If they plan to play on the equipment, they will need to purchase KIPP grip socks if they don’t already have a pair.
Do adults need KIPP grip socks?
Only adults who plan to enter the play equipment are required to wear KIPP grip socks. Adults who are supervising from outside the equipment do not need socks.
Can we bring lunch?
We do not recommend bringing school lunches during your field trip. Lunch takes away from your group’s 2-hour play experience, and we are unable to extend your scheduled playtime.
Will we have a party room?
Party rooms may be available for your group, but they are not guaranteed. If a party room is unavailable, your group will gather on the turf area for check-in and any belongings.
What happens if we arrive late?
Your field trip begins at its scheduled start time. While we’ll do our best to get your group checked in quickly, late arrivals do not receive additional play time.
Can parents or siblings attend?
Field trips are reserved for registered students, faculty, and approved chaperones. If you have a unique situation, please contact us before your visit.
What should students wear?
Students should wear comfortable clothing suitable for active play. KIPP grip socks are included with student admission and are required while playing.
Can students leave and re-enter?
Students should remain with their group for the duration of the visit. If someone must leave early, please notify a KIPP team member.
Is outside food or drink allowed?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted during field trips, with the exception of pre-approved medical or dietary needs. Please contact us in advance if accommodations are needed.
What if a student has allergies or special accommodations?
Please let us know before your visit if any students require special accommodations. We’ll do our best to ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your field trip. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss available options.
